Arrival and departure

Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00. Please discuss early arrival or late departure in advance.

Guest numbers

Keep within your room’s capacity: 4 for A7401; 6 for A7405 and A7403.

Smoking and pets

No smoking in the apartments, throughout the building or nearby. Pets are not allowed.

Guest identification

The listing requires a passport photo-page copy from every guest and agreement to an online contract. Confirm the details through your booking.

Equipment and supplies

Do not take property equipment away. Seasonings are not provided. You may need to buy extra consumable supplies at your expense.

Waste and neighbours

Use the bins in your apartment. Contact the host on Airbnb if they are full. Be considerate of neighbours.

Cancellation and refunds

Review the booking terms. The listing states that cancellations or refunds for issues concerning arrival/departure conditions or peak-season rates are not accepted.

Safety

Security cameras are present in outdoor/shared areas or entrances. Noise is possible. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are listed for the room types.
